Herbal wisdom presents our personal health patterns in terms of elements of nature. It helps us understand our tendencies and creates a framework as a guide to achieving and maintaining a balance of the forces within. As we stray from that equilibrium, we may experience symptoms as disruptions to our daily flow of life.
To support your dynamic world, I create small batch and custom formulations of dried herbs, tinctures, flower essences and topical remedies to support whole body wellness. I explore synergistic combinations of plants, trees, resins + barks known for their healing properties.
