A deep dive into health history + pattern identification takes time.

First, you will fill out a self mapping intake form (45 minutes).

After I receive your form, we will schedule a phone call or zoom to dive deeper into your presenting concern, symptoms, health history + patterns.

I may request/recommend lab work for further analysis + discovery.

I will provide you with a protocol/plan for next steps. Ideally we will schedule a follow up in 4-6 weeks to assess.

Working through your chronic condition may be a phased approach, and I am committed to supporting you through a long term relationship.

$65:   1.5 hour phone or video consultation ‍

This includes discussion of current presenting concerns, review of health history and review of labs, if applicable. 

I will provide herbal formulation in the form of a dried herb or mushroom, tincture, glycerite, or flower essence. Initial remedy will last 3-4 weeks. Botanical medicines work best with time + consistency.

I may create this remedy in my home apothecary, or I may order a formulation from a trusted medicine maker, where I am registered as an authorized practitioner.

$40: 45 minute follow-up visit, ideally monthly for several months, as it is important to continue to monitor + adjust as needed.

All costs are dependent on the recommended herbs and mushrooms, but typically fall within the range. It will likely be recommended that your formula is taken for several months or long term.

I may recommend several formulas/preparations depending on your situation. If a formulation is prepared by my apothecary, below are the costs:

$30 - $50: 2 oz tincture

$60 -$80:   4 oz tincture (most common)

$25:   6 oz loose leaf dried herbs

$15 - $30 - Custom topical application: oil, salve, or butter
