Process
A deep dive into health history + pattern identification takes time.
First you will fill out a self mapping intake form (45 minutes)
After I receive your form, we will schedule a phone call or zoom to dive deeper into your presenting concern, symptoms, health history + patterns.
I will provide you with a protocol/plan for next steps. This may include an herbal formula in tincture, dried herb, or glycerine, as well as other natural remedies to support your health + vitality.
Ideally we will schedule a follow up in 4 weeks to reassess.
Pricing
$65: 1.5 hour phone or video consultation:
This includes discussion of current presenting concerns, review of health history and review of labs, if applicable.
Additionally, I provide 1 herbal remedy, in the form of a dried herb, tincture, glycerite, or flower essence. Remedy should last 3 weeks. Herbal medicines work best with time + consistency.
* May add $10-$20 for shipping if not able to pick up.
