I offer one-on-one herbal consultations, exploring one’s health patterns and history while embracing the science + art of a whole body approach. I create individualized herbal formulas, daily protocols and custom recommendations. Each plan is intended to support the body’s inherent wisdom to return to a state of balance.

Herbal wisdom presents our personal health patterns in terms of elements of nature. It helps us understand our tendencies and creates a framework as a guide to achieving and maintaining a balance of the forces within. As we stray from that equilibrium, we may experience symptoms as disruptions to our daily flow of life.
To support your dynamic world, I create small batch and custom formulations of dried herbs, tinctures, flower essences and topical remedies to support whole body wellness. I explore synergistic combinations of plants, trees, resins + barks known for their healing properties.
